This event will consist of:
Brings the crime scene investigation team to Haringey. CSI Haringey is all about hands-on, your child will get his hands very dirty with the range of activities prepared for the day. Activities on the day
Casting Footprints This activity is awesome! Children will step into a tray full of sand and make a footprint. Then, they will pour a mixture on it and wait for a bit until it solidifies. Blood Making Not real blood involved, just ingredients that you can find in your cupboard. Slime Making Children love slime ! In order to make slime, you need a little of chemistry. Reading Fingerprints Everyone is unique and exploring fingerprints is a great way of getting to know more about humans and other living things. Fingerprints have been used for time in order to solve crime. Forensic Photography We will be using your own phone, provided you allow your child to use it, to take pictures of child-made crime scenes using Lego and other toys Forensic Art Does your child like clay? We'll be using clay to create mini-busts of humans. Financial Forensics How much money did the victim have in his bank account before disappearing? Forensic Archaeology Remains of a living thing were found in the garden, who do they belong to? Allergy Advice If your child suffers from any type of skin condition, asthma or any other ailment, please make sure that you let us know before the event. |
